AIDS New Brunswick is seeking a highly motivated person to fill the permanent, full-time position of Executive Director. The successful candidate will report directly to a Board of Directors and be responsible for the overall administration of the organization including human resources, finance and funds development, program management and evaluation, partnership development and communications. Travel required. Starting salary: $39,000

Applicants must have:
· a university degree in health, social work, business/public administration or a related discipline
· management, funds development and program evaluation experience
· knowledge of health promotion and community development
· sensitivity to HIV/AIDS issues
· excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and group facilitation skills
· ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, diverse stakeholders
· experience in non-profit sector
· excellent writing and computer skills
